Beyonce - Deja BOOOO!!!!

I mean, me, of all people finding this horrendous. I love the song, its a perfect summer groove and with a cool video it wouldve totally won me over (cue:Christina Aguilera Aint No Other Man..Hello!), but this video is overdone. I would think that with all the money she has and all the money her record company is shelling for the promotion of this, I was expecting more. An En Vogue style video ala My Lovin wouldve been great. This...yikes! It gives me the shivers watching her do this song, and its not in a good way. It's like you're watching someone make an ass of themselves on a stupid talent show. Yes, it's like watching William Hung! I must say..I must REALLY feel bad for Beyonce that I had to do a post on this. Girl's a hot mess. It almost like she thinks "fuck everything else, everybody just wants to see ME ME ME ME ME ME...I'm hot shit, fuck everything else". Beyonce...Eeeew! I can imagine all the drag queens doing parody of this shit in weird weird outfits - Lil Bo Peep, Dykes on Bikes, Barney, Teletubbies,...Just change the outfits as much as u can in 4 minutes.
And I bet they'll be funnier. Even Tina Turner was never this hoochie B! Not even Madonna at her hoochiest best and Madonna was showing more skin. Am I threatened by how feral this woman is...I dont think so. Usually I would applaud such intensity. But this is just not right. I dont think Tina Turner would approve either.

Ive heard the remixes, the Maurice one is typical but OK. Waiting for the rest of the promo to reach me before I decide. I'd support the song coz it's good, but no Beyonce idolization here this time. To think that I used to be such a big fan.
